Reynard grew up in a family that ran a small distribution business outside Houston. He spent his twenties in operations roles at three Texas manufacturers, learned the difference between a tidy org chart and a company that actually ships on time, and eventually ran ops for a $40M industrial services firm before founding Momentum in 2019.
The practice is built on a simple premise: the answers most owners need are already inside their business. They are buried under five years of accumulated workarounds, three half-finished software rollouts, and a leadership team that has not had a real conversation in eighteen months. The job is to sit with the owner, sort through it, and rebuild what's worth keeping.
We take fewer than fifteen engagements a year. We never sell software. We do not white-label other firms' work. Everything you see on this site is delivered by Reynard or by one of two senior advisors he has worked with for more than a decade.

Our office sits in a quiet brick building off Whistle Creek Lane, ten minutes from US-290. Most client work happens at the client's site, but we keep the door open for coffee, paperwork, and the occasional Friday whiteboard session.
